Beautiful 6 year restoration to factory specifications, runs & drives perfectly
This all steel truck was lovingly restored by a retired Marine over the last six years and the results of his efforts are fantastic. The truck is equipped with the infamous push-out windshield for driver comfort, the big 85 hp 221 CID flathead V8 engine, rebuilt gauge cluster, Stromberg carburetor, 3 speed floor shift, new upholstery, headliner, carpet, new steel tailgate manufactured from the original Ford design. turn signals, hydraulic brakes, 3 year old tires, red oak bed with Rhino Liner applied to the bed walls, owners manual, and fantastic paint and chrome.
Here is what Wikipedia has to say about the 1937 Fords: "The 1937 Ford featured a more rounded look with fine horizontal bars in the convex front and hood-side grilles. The front grille was V-shaped, rather than following the fenders into a pentagon shape, as on the 1936 model. Flared-in headlights were a major modernization found on both the Standard and DeLuxe trim versions, though much of the rest of the design was shared between Ford's two lines. A larger water pump was used to help aid in cooling."
This truck runs just like it looks, nearly perfectly. It is reliable and and easy to drive in traffic, here is a video test drive:
