This is a very well executed build utilizing a 5k mile Miata 1.8 liter engine and custom turbocharger with a 5 speed manual transmission. Over $90000 was spent completing this car between 2012-2018 using top shelf components crafted by a well known Southern California custom shop. Built as a labor of love, the consignor (a retired commercial airline pilot) went overboard building this car and the results are breath-taking.
As you might imagine the performance of this car is fantastic! The car is completely sorted including 5 point racing belts, 4 wheel disc brakes and a custom radiator and cooling system. Additionally the paint, interior and overall fit and finish is excellent.
This is a street legal and reliable rocket that is the ultimate "snake in the grass".
The car comes with the build records, a clean California title (titled as a 1960 Austin-Healey) and is exempt from California smog certification.
