Rust free So Ca car with comprehensive mechanical restoration in completed 2017

This survivor two door coupe received a thorough mechanical restoration in 2017 by a Cadillac specialist which included rebuilding the engine, transmission, torque converter, entire front and rear suspension systems, brake system, differential, and exhaust system at a total cost over $13000 (receipt posted in photos).
The body is rust free. Using a electronic device called "The Filler Detective" we inspected the body (watch this on the video test drive) tor rust repairs or filler and found no rust or filler. Additionally the front and rear seat upholstery are in very good condition, as is the crack free dash board.
The items that need attention are: the speedometer does not work, the drivers window is difficult to open and close and needs a new regulator. The lights and blinkers all work.
The Cadillac is equipped with radial tires mounted on real wire wheels, 4 speed automatic transmission, and power brakes.
Overall this car is a good drivable classic that can be enjoyed now or improved to your taste.
This classic comes with a clean/clear California title and is exempt from smog certification requirement.
