Below are the previous owner's notes from 30 years of ownership:

"My 1965 356C was purchased in the summer of 1990. It is numbers matching per the COA
pictured in email. I have receipts and history for the car from the mid 1980's to present. I drove the car 1990-
1994, stored it for the most part from 1995 - 2006. Since 2006 I have driven it as an occasional daily driver.
During my 30 years of ownership, I have driven the car approximately 43,000 kilometres.

The Frankfurt Blaupunkt tube type radio works; it was rebuilt by Wilford Wilkes around 2010. Other gauges
work, (except the clock - needs rebuilding).
The prior owner, first name Robert, restored the car in the late 1980's. He replaced the floor with Stoddard
supplied floor pans. Since my purchase in 1990, the transmission has been rebuilt by Vic Skirmants in 1993. He
is the foremost transmission builder in the USA and is a many times past President of the 356 Registry.
The numbers matching engine was rebuilt in 2018 by David Clement. He has owned 20 plus 356's over the past
40 years and rebuilt many engines. The motor has forged 86 mm pistons yielding a displacement of ~1720 CC
vs original 1582 CC displacement. The motor was balanced to 0.5 grams during the build. The larger
displacement yields an improved power curve over original factory specs. The motor performs sweetly, power
is evident when driving.
After rebuilding the engine, the spark plugs were fouling prematurely. This was cured by draining the gas tank
and putting in fresh fuel. The Zenith carburetors (recently rebuilt) are operating fine. The paint on the car was
done in the 1980's. The car presents decently, but it is NOT a show car; it could be repainted and look better
but I like the patina. I hope my car will be driven and seen...not a show car that gets put on a trailer.
It has been garaged during my 30 plus years of ownership.
Car has desirable horn ring and includes Leitz luggage rack. Correct, rebuilt Zenith carbs. (car had Weber's
when purchased.) Black interior, mostly original and in very decent shape.
Newer BFG T/A 185/70R15 radials on non-original 5 1/2" chrome wheels; newer BOGE shocks. Muffler
replaced circa 2012. Receipts from the 1980's included. It runs and brakes and corners nicely.
In November 2019, the Stoddard floor pan work done in the 1980's needed refreshing. The work was
performed by Chris Radbill Automotive in West Chester, PA. Pictures of the light restoration work on the floor
are available to prospective. In addition, the front hood and left front fender had minor clean up work done
and received a fresh coat of paint at Mr. Radbill's shop. Work completed in June 2020".

This car is priced to sell, is exempt from California smog requirements, comes with a clean and clear title.
